The Spanish Anywhere app that I recently mentioned has been updated with several new features. One is a “Study Aids” section that includes flash cards based on the information contained within the dictionary application. One can select words from the dictionary that to add to one’s own personal list of words to study.
A program I am waiting to see as an iPhone app is iFlash Touch to work with iFlash, an excellent flash card program that is currently available for the Macintosh. The developer has previewed the app on his blog while it goes through the process of being evaluated by Apple and posted to the App store. The iPhone app will work by accessing cards created in the Mac application.
Update May 15, 2009 – iFlash Touch is now avaialable for the iPhone. Free for users of iFlash.
